The Duke and Dutch have never really paid attention to each other, the Duke just seeing Dutch as another Burner and Dutch seeing the Duke as the really weird dude who stalks Mike. But then one day the Duke finds out about Dutch's skills with art and cars, and decides he wants a man like that working for him. The Duke proceeds on that goal in his usual way: with lots of invasions of personal space. It leads to them becoming attracted to each other (Dutch very reluctantly, Duke with his same amount of enthusiasm).
Funbucks for Duke's propositions slowly evolving as he becomes attracted. Like at the beginning he's just trying to appear friendly, with an arm over Dutch's shoulder or the like, and by the end he's taking Dutch in his arms and dipping him nearly to the floor, speaking in shoddy yet somehow seductive French.
Bonus funbucks for Dutch being tsundere about the whole thing and ranting to Roth about how much he Really Does Not Like the Duke.

I really want to see a chained up Mike, all bloodied up, injured and what not. I'd prefer an art fill, but fics would be totally cool too. Like Red kidnapping Mike and just plain torturing him, I guess?
